Children ages 3-7 are invited to join us at Riverside on select Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:30 for joyful outdoor play and learning intended to foster independence, creativity, cooperation, and a strong connection with the natural world.
We encourage self-directed exploration and free play while also offering opportunities to participate in more focused nature-based learning activities. Activities may include plant and animal identification, whittling, fairy house building, scavenger hunts, leaf rubbings, wild foraging, mud painting, garden projects, and helping to care for our resident chickens, rabbits, and goats.
Nature Play Club will meet rain or shine. Please pack a snack and water bottle, appropriate clothing for all-weather exploration, and an extra change of clothes. Waterproof boots or shoes highly encourage.
Parents: you’re welcome to drop-off, or stick around and enjoy a cup of tea with other parents in our beautiful timber frame pavilion. If you will be dropping off, you are required to have an Emergency Information Form on file.
$15 per session (or $12/session when you register for all 5). Spaces are limited.
